We recover useful data in 95% of all cases where the hard drive
is fully functional. In most instances we do not have to open the drive.
We recover useful data in 82% of cases where the hard drive is not
working properly.
Recovery may be reduced in relatively rare cases where a physical
head crash has scratched platter(s), in certain delicate head replacement
cases or where drives have lost data and/or been formatted and
subsequently written to (computer has been used).
Data recovery may be severely reduced
if the drive has been opened or if the computer has been allowed to run
after the hard drive started to make unusual noises.
Warning!!! If data has gone
missing or has been deleted, shut down your system immediately
preferably by pulling the plug (normal exit and power down writes to the
hard drive). Your computer may use space occupied by your
data if there is no reference to it in the master file table - Continued
use risks writing over otherwise recoverable data.
No Data - No Charge
